By accessing or using WebLibron Jobs ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
Use of the Platform
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or information
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Collect or store personal data about other users without permission
- Use automated systems to access the Platform without authorization
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
Job Postings
For Employers
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of job postings
- Job postings must comply with all applicable employment laws
- You must not discriminate based on protected characteristics
- We reserve the right to remove or modify any job posting at our discretion
For Job Seekers
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your application information
- You understand that we do not guarantee job placement
- You are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of employers
Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WebLibron Jobs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebLibron Jobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WebLibron Jobs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
